Our Center of Excellence embodies this dedication towards research and development, strategic partnerships, and innovation. Through initiatives like the Lifestyle Tech Competence Center LTCC, we bring together technology, consumer goods, fashion industries, and academia to drive RD projects and identify promising scale-ups. We share resources and knowledge for a more competitive and sustnable future.

We also support emerging talent with the annual Fashion Innovation Award in Switzerland. In partnership with Loomish and Netcomm Suisse, this event funds scale-ups addressing sustnability challenges such as materials alternatives, fashion digitalization, andapplications. Through collaborations like this, we pilot projects to test technologies with nominees and winners, ding their growth.

Innovative technology can transform our production processes and elevate customer service. We're developing made-to-measure technology using augmented foot scanning techniques in partnership with Accenture, USI University of Southern Switzerland, tech investors Loomish, cloud security experts at Moresi, and Microsoft. This cutting-edge startup will help us tlor shoes to individual foot contours for a perfect fit.

To enhance our digital capabilities further, we're digitizing Bally's vast archive of over 45,000 products and artifacts through a three-year project with Hyphen and USI University. This transformation will make our rich collection accessible online as dynamic resources, offering insights into early designs, development sketches, advertising campgns, packaging materials, hardware designs, logo concepts, and more.

We're also leveraging advanced technology to improve CRM capabilities in collaboration with Oracle's XSTORE cloud solution and a Clienteling App by Jakala. This mobile application integrates our in-store experience seamlessly with comprehensive omni-channel services, streamlining operations and enhancing customer interactions across platforms.

Bally's Virtual Showroom has been a pivotal part of our digital strategy during the pandemic era. Developed in partnership with Hyphen, this online platform enables us to showcase over 4,000 products from our seasonal assortment through interactive digital assets, attracting thousands of visitors worldwide to experience collections like SS21, AW21, and SS22 presentations.

Bally Studio further enhances our customer engagement by providing a dedicated space for global editors and journalists. Collaborating with Jakala, we create exclusive microsites featuring seasonal inspirations, product highlights, and rich content that supports immersive virtual experiences.

Our sustnability efforts are robustly underpinned by the Materiality Matrix developed in collaboration with SUPSI University. This matrix identifies GRI standards to guide our annual Sustnability Report preparation, reflecting our stakeholders' priorities and enhancing transparency.

Bally has also incorporated into decision-making processes through partnerships like PredIt for product development and merchandise planning optimization. By leveraging insights on multiple criteria, we predict resource needs efficiently, reducing costs while maximizing profitability. PreWarp's pilot project using data and helps us optimize margins by making better product selections.

3D Design is another area of innovation where AtomShoemaster has been instrumental in creating an integrated system for designers. This technology allows them to visualize products with photo-realistic quality, shortening the design-to-prototype timeline while accelerating informed merchandising decisions. This approach minimizes development time and reduces material waste.
