CHARLES KEITH’s Founders, brothers Charles and Keith Wong, established the brand with a vision to harness the transformative power of fashion. Inspired by their parents' journey running an indepent footwear shop in Singapore, they sought to elevate traditional practices and forge ahead with original designs rather than relying on wholesale partners.

Through their early involvement in family business, the brothers gned invaluable insights into retl operations under their mother's guidance at a young age. This experience ignited their entrepreneurial spirit, propelling them to innovate by crafting their own collections instead of following industry norms. In 2004, CHARLES KEITH diversified into e-commerce with a strategic online platform that offered customers worldwide access to their products, a pivotal step in globalizing their brand. In 2011, CHARLES KEITH gned significant international recognition when L Capital Asia LLC, part of the prestigious LVMH group, invested in the brand as its minority stakeholder.
