Instead, I embraced a balanced diet that included fruits, vegetables, whole grns, lean proteins, and healthy fats.

Furthermore, I incorporated regular physical activity into my routine without placing too much pressure on myself to achieve perfection in workouts. The mn goal was to prioritize activities I enjoyed, which helped me mntn consistency over time.

I also introduced mindfulness practices like meditation or yoga to manage stress effectively, as opposed to relying solely on medications that often have side effects.

Lastly, I took a closer look at my social life and surroundings, making sure they were supporting my health goals and not bringing unnecessary stress into my life. This involved saying no to events when necessary and focusing more on quality interactions with loved ones.

Overall, this journey towards self-awareness allowed me to identify what truly nourishes me physically and emotionally, leading to a happier and healthier lifestyle. that there is no single path for everyone's wellness.
